Notes

 

To avail of member rates, IMAC members will require their membership number as well as their registration code that they will receive by email. 

Delegates who do not wish to attend the Thursday Night Beach Reception will have the option of registering using the “(excl. Thu. Reception)” registration items and save US$200. 

Please retain all confirmation emails which include your unique Forum Confirmation Number, which will be required for all correspondence including any amendments, substitutions and cancellations to bookings. 

Cancellations. Registration refunds, net of cancellation fees per person, will only be given for cancellations made on-line (or requested by email received) by November 18th, 2019.

Manual Modifications: registration modifications that need to be processed manually by IMAC staff, will be subject to a US$ 25.00 administration fee. This includes attendees looking to downgrade or upgrade their registration. This fee will be processed as either a reduction in the net refund due or added to total registration amount due for each attendee.

Register using a credit card to facilitate any refunds.

Settlement by cheque, bank transfer etc will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to an additional US$100 manual processing fee per person for any refunds.
