General registration for Non-Members etc opens 10 August 2020 and by email sent to all who have subscribed to our Newsletter. Don’t delay as ‘early bird’ rates will end November 7th 2020.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations processed online on or before Monday November 29, 2021 or received via email before Friday 26 November, 2021 will qualify for a refund which will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee per person.

To avail of member rates, IMAC members will require their membership number as well as their Registration Code that they will receive by email.
Delegates who do not wish to attend the Thursday Night Beach Reception will have the option of registering using the “(excl. Thu. Reception)” registration items and save US$200.
Please retain all confirmation emails which include your unique Forum Confirmation Number, which will be required for all correspondence including any amendments, substitutions and cancellations to bookings. If you are registering a group please note that the first person you register will receive all confirmations, accordingly you should carefully consider who you want to register as the first person. If you are registering on behalf of other attendees, please enter the first attendees’ name and email first, and then on the same screen click on the option “I am registering on behalf of this person” and enter your own name and email details in order to receive a confirmation email(s).
Privacy Settings: The default is that a Registrant’s name etc will NOT appear on the Attendees listing unless you request it to during registration. We do not release Registrant’s email addresses or contact details.
Cancellations. Registration refunds, net of cancellation fees per person, will only be given for cancellations made on-line (or requested by email received) by November 16th, 2020.
Manual Modifications: registration modifications that need to be processed manually by IMAC staff, will be subject to a US$ 25.00 administration fee. This includes attendees looking to downgrade or upgrade their registration. This fee will be processed as either a reduction in the net refund due or added to total registration amount due for each attendee.
Register using a credit card to facilitate any refunds.
Settlement by cheque, bank transfer etc will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and will be subject to an additional US$100 manual processing fee per person for any refunds.
