The Ritz-Carlton Booth Set-up service
You can ship your banners & boxes to the hotel and the team at The Ritz-Carlton will build up your booth the way you envisioned it. Everything will be ready once you arrive in the morning of the conference.
The set-up service is US$250.00 per booth. This service does not include the handling or storage fees associated with your incoming boxes.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that all booths, banners, etc., are collected promptly from the exhibit areas and breakfast/luncheon tent when the Forum closes so please make sure appropriate arrangements with the Business Centre which is located on the 5th floor.
If you are shipping materials to the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, please follow the instructions below to help ensure timely and hassle free shipping. DHL and Fed-Ex Cayman offices are familiar with procedures.
1. Allow enough time for shipping
All materials should be shipped to arrive no later than Monday November 25, 2019 to allow time for customs clearance. Do not ship for arrival at the Ritz-Carlton more than 14 days (Monday, 12 November 2019) in advance of the event.
2. Label boxes correctly
Label ALL boxes and packages with company name, your complete shipper address, phone number and contact person. Number ALL boxes i.e. 1 of 7, 2 of 7, 3 of 7, etc. and address all to:

3. Attach an invoice and Duty Waiver Letter for customs
Contact a customs broker to handle duty charges and clearance procedures when sending any items that have a declared value. Please remember there will be only deliveries during week days (Monday – Friday), please arrange with your customs broker.
Attach and enclose in each box a commercial invoice that itemises all items, exact quantities of each item and the declared value. Handwritten or cash register receipts are not acceptable by customs. It must be an invoice on company letterhead of either the supplier or group.
If you submitted a duty waiver request form to IMAC, on each box, please include a copy of the Duty Waiver Letter from the Cayman Islands Government in order to ensure that the Cayman Islands Government does not charge duty on your booth, promotional items or giveaways.
